VERONICA ETAKA'S FOUNDATION SCHOLARSHIP
Overview
Veronica Etaka's Foundation is committed to empowering the next generation of leaders through education. We are proud to announce the launch of the Veronica Etaka's Foundation Scholarship at ADI University, designed to provide financial support to the first 100 students across all levels. This scholarship is need-based, with a special priority for internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Cameroon, who face unique challenges in pursuing higher education.
Mission
The mission of Veronica Etaka's Foundation is to create opportunities for promising students who demonstrate financial need and academic potential. By prioritizing support for IDPs, we aim to reduce the barriers to education for those affected by conflict and displacement, helping them to achieve their educational and career goals.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Veronica Etaka's Foundation Scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Enrollment at ADI University: Applicants must be among the first 100 students admitted to any level of study at ADI University.
Financial Need: Applicants must demonstrate a significant financial need that would otherwise hinder their ability to pursue higher education.
Academic Potential: A strong academic record is required, with the ability to maintain good academic standing throughout the duration of the scholarship.
Priority for IDPs: While all students are encouraged to apply, priority will be given to Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) in Cameroon.
Application Process
Application Form: Complete the scholarship application form available on the ADI University website.
Financial Documentation: Submit proof of financial need, including family income statements, employment status, and any relevant documentation that supports the financial situation.
Academic Records: Provide copies of academic transcripts and any relevant certificates.
IDP Documentation (if applicable): Include any official documentation proving IDP status, such as identification cards or certificates from recognized authorities.
Personal Statement: Write a personal statement (300-500 words) explaining your educational goals, the challenges you have faced, and how this scholarship will impact your future.
References: Include at least two references from educators or community leaders who can attest to your academic potential and character.

The selection committee will review all applications and select recipients based on the following:
Demonstrated financial need
Academic potential and performance
Impact of scholarship on educational goals
Priority status for IDPs
Scholarship Benefits
Recipients of the Veronica Etaka's Foundation Scholarship will receive:
Partial Tuition Coverage: Scholarship covers Partial tuition fees(150 000fcfa) for the first year of the academic program, renewable upon satisfactory academic report..
Mentorship Program: Access to a mentorship program with professionals and alumni who can provide guidance and support throughout the academic journey.
