Who is Dr. Agbor Nchacha Nkiawo?

Dr. Agbor Nchacha is an economist and presently the Administrative Director of the

AMERICAN DITEK INSTITUTE in Yaounde – Cameroon. Affectionately called “Papa P” by

siblings and Mr. Agbor by his former students, Dr. Agbor is a Business Management and

Finance lecturer; and a consultant too. Since September 2014, he has been teaching at

higher education in Cameroon and abroad. Examples of schools taught include: Siantou

University Institute, the Pan African Institute for Development in West Africa (PAID - WA)

Buea, Institute of Commercial Management, Yaounde School of Economics and

Management, AZIMUT Higher Institute of Commerce, Technology and Health, Heritage

Higher Institute of Peace and Development Studies, HITBAMAS, IUSTY etc.

As the founder of AGBOR Consulting and former Business consultant at GROUPE JEG SARL,

Dr. Agbor strongly believes that, as a team; the problems of humanity can easily be resolved

using a holistic approach. He is committed to walk businesses, governments and students

safely through their fears of the unknown, especially in cases of complex problems. The

audacity to ask the right questions, in order to formulate clear problems; and find the right

answers; at the right time with limited resources, always gladdens his heart. This consists of

brainstorming on the problems of our communities and providing creative tailored solutions.

Complaining is not part of his life style but seeking for long lasting solutions to complex

problems is that which consumes his entire energy.

Born in Kembong in 1986, of Parents Agbor Nchacha Mathias and Ayuk Serah Ebot, Dr/Mr

Agbor Nchacha is the fourth child out of ten. He is the priceless being of his siblings, uncles

and aunts. To Mom, he is her Crown and to Dad, his Pride. To family friends and other

relatives Nkiawo is a role model and also referred to as “Okarah” Nchacha (i.e. Nchacha’s

Whiteman/beam of light). Papa P is a father and grandfather.

It is worth noting that, Nkiawo Agbor Nchacha acquired primary education in G.S Kembong,

Secondary education at GHS Kembong, GHS Limbe, BGS Molyko and GHS Mamfe. While

higher education has been at the University of Yaounde 2, American University in Central

Africa and Charisma University.

As the Administrative Director of AMERICAN DITEK INSTITUTE (ADI), Dr. Agbor Nchacha with

the support of his superiors and collaborators is bent to innovate higher education in

Cameroon and the world. It entails putting in place a 50/50 model of academics and practice

for students. Here, students are groomed to acquire practical and enriching skills; to

contribute in fixing our problems and to build our World better in these rapidly changing

times.
