Thanksgiving Speech on the 25th of nov, 2022
Dear faculty, staff, and students of ADI University:
On behalf of the Board of Trustees (BOT), I would like to wish you a happy Thanksgiving! It's a time for family, friends, and gratitude. It's also a time to reflect on all that is good in this world and in our lives—and to remind ourselves that there are many things we can do to make our lives better.
In particular, I'd like to thank the faculty for their hard work and dedication. The faculty members at ADI University are doing important work every day to educate our students and prepare them for their futures. They deserve our admiration and respect.
We also have an opportunity to thank our staff members for their tireless efforts in keeping everything running smoothly at ADI University. Without them we would not be able to provide such an excellent education experience for our students or enjoy such a fulfilling campus life. We appreciate all they do!
Finally, I want to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving and thank you all again for being part of this wonderful community here at ADI University!

A speech on MLK Jr. Day
Good evening, everyone. I am honored to be speaking to you today as we commemorate Martin Luther King Jr. Day, and to reflect on the legacy of this great leader and civil rights activist.
Dr. King's message of equality and justice resonates just as strongly today as it did in the 1960s. His vision of a world where all people are treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their race, gender, or background, is one that we all share. And it is a vision that we must continue to work towards, every day.
At ADI University, we are proud to be a community that values diversity, inclusion, and respect. We believe that everyone should have the opportunity to succeed, and that our differences make us stronger, not weaker. And we are committed to doing our part to make Dr. King's vision a reality.
To that end, I want to highlight some of the ways that we are working to promote equity and justice on our campus and in our community.
First, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment for all students, faculty, and staff. We are actively working to recruit and retain a diverse student body, and to create programs and initiatives that support the success of students from underrepresented groups.
Second, we are committed to promoting diversity and inclusivity in our curriculum and in our research. We believe that it is essential to expose our students to a wide range of perspectives and ideas, and to foster an environment where all voices are heard and respected.
And finally, we are committed to using our resources and our platform to make a positive impact on our community. We are involved in a wide range of initiatives that promote equity and justice, from providing scholarships for underprivileged students, to supporting local organizations that are working to promote social change.
As we commemorate Martin Luther King Jr. Day, let us remember the legacy of this great leader, and recommit ourselves to the work of creating a more just and equitable society. Thank you.
