BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees of ADI University in Yaounde, Cameroon, is a dedicated group of individuals who are committed to the long-term success and growth of the institution. The board is responsible for the overall governance of the university, and is responsible for making strategic decisions that guide the direction and policies of ADI university.

The Board of Trustees is composed of a diverse group of individuals from a variety of backgrounds, including business leaders, academics, government officials, and community leaders. This diversity of experience and perspective allows the board to make well-informed and balanced decisions that are in the best interests of the university.

One of the main responsibilities of the Board of Trustees is to oversee the university's financial health and ensure that the institution has the resources it needs to achieve its mission. The board is responsible for approving the university's budget, fundraising efforts, and investment strategies.

The Board of Trustees is also responsible for the appointment of the university president/Directors and the approval of senior administrators, who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the institution. They provide guidance and support to the president and other university leaders, and hold them accountable for meeting the university's goals and objectives.

Additionally, the Board of Trustees provides support to the university's students, faculty, and staff. They are responsible for ensuring that the university provides a safe and inclusive environment, where students can learn and grow, and where faculty and staff can pursue their research and teaching interests.

Overall, the Board of Trustees is an essential part of our university in Yaounde, Cameroon. They play a critical role in ensuring the long-term success and growth of the institution, and work to support the university's mission of providing an excellent education and creating a better future for our students, faculty and staff, and the community.
